Sorghum Candy with Peanuts

- 1-1/2 cups sorghum syrup
- 2 cups shelled parched peanuts
- 1 teaspoon vanilla
- 1/4 cup melted butter
In sauce pan boil syrup until it forms hard drops when dropped into cold water. Remove syrup from heat and stir in remaining ingredients. Pour mixture into buttered pans. When cooled cut into serving size pieces.
